Anti Rodent Fiber Optic Cable GYFTY63 2-288 Cores GYFTY & GYFTY53 & GYFTY63 Outdoor Fiber Optic Cable
The structure of GYFTY fiber optic cable consists of 250μm optical fibers encased in loose tubes made of high-modulus materials, which are filled with waterproof compounds. At the center of the core is a fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) rod. The loose tubes and filler strands are twisted around the central strength member to form a compact, round cable core, with the gaps inside filled with water-blocking filler. An outer layer of polyethylene sheath is then extruded to complete the cable.
This type of cable is known for its excellent mechanical performance and temperature resilience. It has strong hydrolysis resistance, ensuring longevity and reliability in various conditions. The cable’s compact design effectively prevents tube shrinkage, while its PE sheath provides outstanding UV and radiation protection, making it suitable for outdoor use.
GYFTY cables are ideal for both underground and aerial installations. Their robust design makes them suitable for telecommunications networks, data centers, and utility applications. Whether deployed in urban environments or rugged terrains, GYFTY cables deliver high-performance data transmission while withstanding challenging conditions.
