This preformed dead end tension clamp is designed for ADSS and OPGW fiber optic cables in overhead power transmission applications. It features a sleek, compact aluminum alloy construction with excellent durability and weather resistance.

Construction Details

Shackle: Hot dip galvanized steel for connection with fastening clamp on poles/towers.

Twisted Chain Link: Hot dip galvanized steel for connecting U-Shackle and Clevis Thimble.

Thimble: Hot dip galvanized cast steel for protection and connection.

Armor Rods: Aluminum clad steel wire with particle emery layer for increased friction. Pre-assembled in four subsets to reduce errors and speed installation.

Preformed Dead End: Made of hot dip galvanized steel or aluminum clad steel wire with firm emery layer for superior gripping strength.
