The GYTC8S is a self-supporting outdoor fiber optic cable designed for aerial applications, with excellent moisture and crush resistance that also makes it suitable for duct and buried installations. Its figure 8 structure features a stranded wire metal strength member with polyethylene (PE) sheath, corrugated steel tape armor, and PE outer sheath for superior crush and gunshot resistance.
