Product Description
The ADSS optical cable features a loose sheathed twisted structure with fibers enclosed in a high modulus polyester loose tube. A waterproof compound fills the tube to protect against moisture. The loose tube and filler rope twist around a non-metallic FRP central reinforcement core, forming a robust cable core with water-blocking grease for additional protection.
Outer Structure
The cable core is covered with an extruded PE inner sheath, followed by two-way twisting with two layers of aramid yarn for enhanced strength. The outer end is protected with either a PE jacket or electric corrosion-resistant (AT) jacket for durability in various environmental conditions.
