GYFTY fiber optic cable is a non-metallic cable designed for power transmission systems, areas with excessive thunder activity, and environments with high electromagnetic interference. Its primary applications include aerial or duct installations.
We supply both single mode and multimode GYFTY cables. The FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) strength member is located in the center of the cable cores. The cable tubes, filled with waterproof compound, are stranded around this central strength member. Aramid yarn is applied over the waterproof material, and the cable is completed with a durable PE sheath.
GYFTY cables are available in configurations from 2 to 144 cores, making them ideal for high-voltage areas requiring long-distance communications.
