The FRP rod is the central pillar of strength within the GYFTS53 cable's core. The cable is crafted by tightly winding a loose tube and filler rope around this rod, ensuring a compact, round shape with water-blocking filler in the interstices. A steel strip, coated with plastic, is then spirally wrapped and extruded with a polyethylene sheath. The process concludes with the longitudinal wrapping of a double-sided plastic-coated steel strip, followed by the application of a polyethylene sheath.
